AN AGREEMENT REACHED

Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. LONDON, August 19. The Daily Chronicle’s Amsterdam correspondent learns that all points of tlie Anglo-German agreement for the exchange of prisoners have been settled. Ratification is expected immediately. , ~ ~ Austria has accepted the Vatican offer to negotiate for an exchange or Austrian and Italian prisoners.
