Australian and N.X. Gable A&Aoaiation NEW YORK, July 24. .Reports have been received here that the Russian army is mobilising. German reports state that the exIsareviteh Alexis died of exposure. The Moscow newspaper Bejednota states that a single workman signed the ex-Czar’s death warrant, a single workman guarded him, and a single workman brought him from Tobolsk to Ekaterinburg. The paper gives the names of these workmen, into whose hands history had delivered the sacred person of the Lord’s Anointed, Nicholas the Last.
The railway men in Ukraine have struck. All traffic is at a standstill. The Minister for Railways bits threatened to put the ralway under German military control if the strike continues. The 'local strike leaders at Rovno were arrested.
The disorder throughout the country is increasing. The Japanese Privy Council Las presented to the Emperor a resolution passed by the Government conveying the agreement regarding Siberia. Particulars are unknown.
Telegrams from Moscow state that a general mobilisation began on the 17th.
The Czecho-Slovaks continue to advance astride the railway between Ekaterinburg and Cheliabinck. The Soviets abandoned Orenburg after denuding it of all valuables. A new Government has been formed there under General I)uof. Hunger revolutions are_ progressing at Leglitch, Lublin, Vijinsk, and Jaroslav.
A Berlin official message states that Dr. Hclfferich has been appointed Ambassador at Moscow, two battalions of German soldiers accompanying him to guard the embassy.
THE MIRBACH MURDER. 200 EXECUTIONS REPORTEDr The Times(Received July 25, 9.30 p.m.) AMSTERDAM. July 24. A Berlin message says 200 members of the Social Revolutionary Party, including the ex-president of the committee, have been shot at Moscow on a charge of organising the plot against Mirbach. Another hundred have been arrested.

NEW REPUBLIC FORMED. Australian and N.Z- Cable •ssowation (Received July 25, 11.10 p.m.) AMSTERDAM. July 24. Berlin reports _ state that the Allied troops are in Murmansk; also that a Republic of Volojda has been formed under Entente protection, containing Murmansk and parts of Russia to the Urals.
