AN AWKWARD SITUATION

In view of the fact of the promise given on behalf of the New South Wales Government to seek to obtain registration of the de-registered unions, which was part of the com-pact-made with the Labor Party at the Governor-General’s recent recruiting conference, the Court’s decision lias raised an awkward position, and Cabinet will consider tire possibility of a special session being called to deal with the matter.
