In the Supreme Court to-day, James Hicks Parkinson petitioned for the, disultion of his marriage with Alice May Clinton, Leslie 1 ohson being joined! as co-respondent. T ive hundred pounds damages and a decree nisi were granted as claimed against co-respondent.
