He was committed for trial. . , , . The charges were that, being a bankrupt, he disposed of other than in the ordinary way of business a quantity of ticking he had 1 not paid for; that lie did not disclose to the Assignee al] his property and how he had disposed of any part thereof except such as had been disposed of m the ordinary business way; and also that he contracted debts without reasonable expectation of paying them, and failing y to keep proper books of account. \ ============
