HUIA IN TROUBLE.
BOILER TROUBLE OFF TIMARU. Press Association Telegram. TIMARU, March 11. The coasting steamer Huia, bound from Wellington to Dunedin has boiler trouble 50 miles off Timaru. A boat landed tlie mate at Pareora on Sunday night. Word was brought to Timaru and the Kittawa. went out to the ILuia’s assistance. Temporary repairs enabled the Huia to reach Timaru early this moving. The Kittawa missed the Huia. She searched all day and returned liei’e to-night. •
