Cable- Association. LONDON, Nov. 4. The Ministry of Munitions is prosecuting Arthur Brown, managing director of a firm which contracted to supply the French Government with bombs for Stokes’ guns. It was alleged! that many of the bombs, were defective and would have killed the gunners firing them. It was not believed that the defendant acted tieacherously, but in reckless disregard of the consequences. FRENCH AVAR LOAN. Australian and N.Z. Gable Assoication - PARIS, Nov. 4.
