The Prime Minister agreed to a conference. The Government, Municipal, and Duma loaders met, and it was decided to hand over the food distributions to tlie municipalities. It is noteworthy that M. Protopopoff was not invited to the conference. at which Prince Galitzin presided. The Duma on J uesday passes a Bill placing control of food supplies in the hands of the Zemstvos (municipalities) throughout the Empire. DUMA SITTINGS SUSPENDED. The Times. (Received March 13, 10.10 p.m.) PETROGRAD, March 13> i Two Imperial ukases on Monday simp ended sittings of the Duma. The Council of Empire will resume sittings in April.
