GRAVE PLOT REVEALED. (Reuter's Telegrams.) (Received Feb. 13, 1 a.m.) PETROGRAD, Feb. 12. Official:—Eleven members of the Workmen’s Group of the Central Military and Industrial Committee of Petrograd have been arrested, charged with fomenting labor troubles which aimed at ultimately transforming Russia into a Socialistic Republic.
