Prince Alexander, of Hohenloe, who has been residing in Switzerland since the war broke out, in an article in the Nouvelle Gazette says:—“The Germans are cherishing dangerous illusions concerning the effects produced in neutral countries by their peace offers. Neutrals refuse to accept the German theory that the Entente is responsible for the continuance of the w&r, and they reproadi Germany for proposing peace in an- unacceptable lorm and withholding terms.”
