THE PANTOMIME SEASON.

CHANGE FOR MATINEE. “CINDERELLA” TO BE STAGED. The Stanley McKay Pantomime Company repeated “Old Mother Hubbard’’ at the Opera House last night, and a very enjoyable time wa® spent by those present, for the company is a talented one. At the Opera House, Stanley McKay’s Pantomime* Company -will give a farewell performance to-night, when “Cinderella” will be staged. A matinee of this charming play will also be given this afternoon at 2.30. No fairy story is better known to young and old too, than the charming one of the dainty kitchen maid who afterwards wins a prince and a kingdom. In the pi’esent production the main features of the story are closely followed, with a deviation hero and there for the introduction of the latest songs, patter and dances. Several beautiful musical numbers will be given, a few of them being: “In the Shadow of the Pyramids” with tableaux effects representing the N-Z----camp on the Nile (Cinderella); ‘ Tip Top Tipperary Mary” (Prince); “Barcarolle” (Tales of Hoffman) sung by Prince - whilst the chorus assist with an Old World Gavotte ; "Lovely Cmderela” and “Hunting Chorus” (Choristers), and Mr R'ayner (tenor) will sing “Come into the Garden, Maud. The scenery will be on a lavish scale, a grand tableau being that in which Cinderella will go to the ball in her fairy carriage drawn by two snowwhite ponies. The' company is an excellent one, and a bumper house should greet" them on their farewell performance. The, plan is 1 at I eiguson’s. ' ' » ■ '
