WORKERS ACCEPT EMPLOYERS' OFFER. [UNITED PEESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT.] LONDON, Sept. 14. The painters’ ballot has accepted an immediate increase of Id per hour. Other point's, including tho request for another, halfpenny, have been referred to arbitration.
Master decorators employing 7000 men have agreed to the. terms, and the men’s leaders are asking the master builders to do likewise.
