(Received Sept. 15, 10.45 p.m.) EL PASO, Sept. 15. Three hundred rebels were killed in a battle with the Federal troops in Chihuahua. One hundred Americans have fallen into the hands of the rebels en route to Sallille. The authorities fear to send troops, being apprehensive of atrocities.
