PROSPECTS FOR THIRD PEACE CONFERENCE. [UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT.] (Received July 28, 6.10 p.m.) LONDON, July 28. In reply to a question in the House of Commons as to whether any steps were being taken to assemble the Third Peace Conference at the Hague, Sir Edward Grew (Foreign Minister) stated that the Powers were preoccupied with .urgent questions, and be doubted whether they would move in the matter at present.
