The “Law Journal.” commenting on the visit of Mr Malcolm Scott —- whose objection to the granting of probate in the will of his brother. Sir Murray Scott, was recently heard fiy the Probate Division of the High Court of Justice —with jurymen to Knowle House, says this is an unpleasant development in trial by jury and such poor taste is likely to influence jurymen in similar cases as well as creating suspicions likely to diminish public regard for the administration of justice.
