Mr Havelock Wilson, the Labor leader, is suing the Shipping Federation and others for conspiring to make him bankrupt. Counsel alleged that bankruptcy proceedings were instituted in 1906 in order to prejudice Mr Havelock Wilson's seat in Parliament, and again in 1911, when Air Wilson was most active in connection with the maritime crisis.
