COMPLETE REVERSAL OF THE OSBORNE JUDGMENT. [UNITED PEESS ASSOCIATION COPYEIGHT3 (Received -January 3, 9.20 p.m.) LONDON, January 3. The National Conference of Miners’ has passed a resolution to the effect that although the conference is unable to accept anything short of a complete reversal of the Osborne Judgment it is prepared in the meanwhile to accept the Trade Union Bill subject to further improvement.
