The “Daily .Chronicle’s” Cettinje correspondent reports an agitation to dethrone King Nicholas because of tlie Montenegrin’s want of success as compared with tlie Servians’ triumphs. To restore his popularity King Nicholas assumed command of Skutari, and during the two .months he was in command the Turks were enabled to improve their position, while, tlie Alonieriegrin Army reduced the country generally to a deplorable condition. It is reported in Belgrade that King Peter Karegorgevitch is considering the united sway of Servia and Afontenegro. It is officially stated that the great Powers have agreed to the Ambassadors' recommendation of the acceptance of Albania’s autonomy with a guarantee of Servia’s commercial access to the Adriatic. TURKEY WANTS TO RETAIN ADRIANOPLE.

The “Temps’” Constantinople correspondent reports that Recked Pasha (one of Turkey’s Ambassadors to the Peace Conference) has been instructed to raise tlie question of Adrianople at the Peace Conference quickly and if the Bulgarians persist in its surrender to break off negotiations. THE PEACE CONFERENCE. ANOTHER HITCH.

'I be Peace conference sat for two hours. The Turks are prepared to- negotiate with the Greeks, hut a preliminary and humanitarian grounds they ask for the revictually of Adrianople and other besieged towns. The allies have replied that the revictualling question was previously settled at Tehataklja and is outside the scope of the present conference. Tlie Turks replied that they must refer the matter to the Porte and the conference adjourned till to-morrow.'
