Postal Branch.— Wednesdays, the 25th December and Ist, January (Xmas Day and New Year’s Day), will be observed as close holidays. On Thursday, the 2oth instant (Boxing Day) the Post Offices will be open in all branches excepting the Money Order and Savings Bank, irorn 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Receivers and posting boxes will cleared on the evenings of f l uesdays, the 24th and 31st insts. Mails usually despatched on Wednesday will be closed on Tuesday nights the 24th and 31st insts. at 7.30 p.m. Oil Boxing Day, jtlic 26th. inst.. tlio despatch of mails up to 8 a.m. will le made. Receivers and posting toxes cleared accordingly. On the 26th inst. a complete delivery by letter carriers will be made. Telegraph Office.— On Wednesday (Xmas Day), Sunday hours will be observed, viz., 9.30 a.m. to 10 a.m., and 5 to .-30 pm.
