NOTES. The Union S.S. Co.’s Takapuna arrived from Napier yesterday morning and left lor the South in the evening. Messrs Richardson and Co.’s Ripple arrived from Napier yesterday morning and left for Wellington early this morning via southern coast ports. Messrs Huddart-Parlter and Co.'s Wim-
mera arrives from tlie South this morning and will be tendered at 6 a.m. and 10 a.m. She then proceeds to Auckland with two hundred passengers from Gisborne. The • Union S.S. Co.'s Mokoia leaves Auckland this afternoon for Gisborne and arrives here to-morrow afternoon. She will be tendered on arrival and at 6 p.m. The Union S.S. Co.’s Rosamond leaves Auckland to-day for Gisborne via Tologa Bay and arrives here on Monday. She thon loads another consignment of sheep for Whangarei. The topsail schooner Amelia Sims left for Tauranga yesterday morning. The auxiliary schooner Oreto arrived last night from Tologa Bay with wool for the Zoalandic. The Shaw. Savill and Albion Co.’s Zealandic arrived from Auckland last evening to load 10,000 carcases of meat and 1500 bales of wool. She leaves for the South' this evening. The ketch Coronation sailed for Mercury Bay yesterday. The Shaw, Savill and Albion Co.’s Waivyera is due to load here on January 6. The Tyser Co.’s Muritai is expected to bad here on December 27.
