At an inquest on the body picked up by the Derna’s boat evidence of the Centurion’s officers stated that the unknown vessel which was sunk carried no stcrnlight. They saw her masthead light .six minutes before the collision and thought the vessel was approaching. The man’s neck was evidently broken by jumping into the boat.
