[UNITED PEESS ASSOCIATION COPYEIGHT] (Received Dec. 20, 11.5 p.m.) ' LONDON, Dec. 20. Norah Lackey, a suffragette student, was lined £25 or three months’ imprisonment for giving a false alarm of fire. The wires of several public telephone bureaux in Nottingham were cut. The act is attributed to'Suffragettes.
