SERVIAN ABDICATION DEMANDS.

BY THE “BLACK HAND” LEAGUE. IN FAVOR OF THE CROWN PRINCE. [united press association —COPYRIGHT] BELGRADE, Jan. 28.. The Tribuna and Novosti both detail the activity of officers of the league called “Black Hand,” who demand the dismissal of Radicals or King Peter’s abdication in favor of the Crown Prince. It is alleged the agitation arises from the political and material condition of the country. Many young officers connected with the 1903 movement are concerned in the plot. The situation is similar to that of the 1903 epup d’etat. It is expected that the Crown Prince will now be separated from the League.
