The. Union S.S. Coy’s Alokoia arrived from Auckland via Tokomaru Bay at 12.15 p.m. yesterday, and left for the south again at S p.m. On arrival at Dunedin she goes into dock for painting, and on her next trip north she will arrive at Gisborne on the evening of Wednesday or earlv on Thursday morning. The Union Cov’s Squall sailed for Pakarae early on' Saturday morning and returned in the afternoon with a load ot wool which she transhipped to the Pakeha. The Squall left at 1 o clock yesterday morning f'or Auckland via East Coast ports and Limestone Island. The Union Co.’s Haupiri is expected 1o reach this port from Wellington via Napier to-morrow and after discharging proceeds to East Coast ports to lift wool for transhipment to the Marere at Napier. . The Union S.S. ,C'oy s Kowliai left Oamaru on Saturday for Lyttelton, Wellington. Napier and Gisborne. She is expected to reach Gisborne about Wednesday. After discharge she will load cattle' for Greymouth. , The Shaw Savill and Albion Coy s Pakeha sailed about 10 p.m. on Saturday night for Napier. Messrs Huddarf Parker and Co. s Victoria arrived in the bay from southern ports at an early hour on Saturday morning and proceeded to Auckland, j after being tendered at the usual hou I '.
