A COTTAGE HOSPITAL.

OPENED AT K A HANG AT A. [Presb Association.'] ' DUNEDIN, Feb. 10. A cottage hospital was opened at Kaitangata to-day by Mr. J. 11. Walter, chairman of the Dunedin Hospital Board. The hospital, which eonbains six bedrooms, is designed to meet eases of. accident. The local llorough Council gave a site, and local subscriptions, subsidised by the Hospital Board, completed and furnished the building, which was opened free of debt. The residents also guaranteed £IOO the first year and £SO for five subsequent years towards the maintenance of competent nurses.
