NATIVE LANDS.
The following is taken from tho last Gazette:
All that piece or parcel of land, situate in the Wliangara survey district, containing 165 acres 2 roods 25 perches, more or less, known as Waiomokq No. In2, and comprised in a partition order of the Native Land Court dated the loth day of January, 1906, in favor of Tiopira Potango, has been exempted from the operation of section 117 of the Native Land Court Act, 1894, for the purpose of sale. All that piece or parcel of land, situate in the Wliangara survey district, containing 33 acres 1 rood 22 perches, more or less, known as Waiomoko No. lnl, and comprised in a partition order of tho Native Land Court dated the 15tli day of January, 1906, in favor of Wiremu Kahure and others, has also boon exempted. All that piece or parcel _ of land known as Ngamotu, containing 427 acres, more or less, and situate in Block VI., Clyde survey district, in the land district of Hawke’s Bay. has been vested in tlie Tai-Rawliiti Land Board.
