At tho S.AI. Court yesterday when costs woro allowed against the Inspector of Factories in the cases brought by him against Alossrs Evans Nield and Coy and the Gisborne Shoopfarmers- Frozen Aloat Coy Air Nolan, who appeared for the Inspector entered an objection, contending that the In spec tor was in the same position in the matter as tho police and could not have costs allowed against- him. The S.AI. said lie knew of no regulation to that effect, and allowed costs.
