FEAR TO ACCEPT AUSTRALIAN .INVITATION. United Press Association—Copyright (Received Feb. 26, 1.9 a.m.) - LONDON, Feb. 25. The Standard’s New Y T ork correspondent says that America is disinclined to accept Mr. Deakin’s invitation to Aust alia, fearing to give offence in declining any others that may be offered. The fleet does not go to Japan.
