TERRORISTS IN RUSSIA.
SIXTY PERSONS IN CUSTODY. United Press Association—Copyright (Receiver Feb. 23, 3.40 p.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, Feb. 23. Prior to their arrest, terrorists were seen loitering outside the residences of the Grand Duke Nicholas and the Minister for Justice. There are now sixty persons in custody, including five women.
