ALLEGED ATTEMPTED SUICIDE.
MAN THROWS HIMSELF IN FRONT OF A TibAM.
Press Association. DUNEDIN, Feb. 20. What -is supposed to be a case of attempted suicide occurred at Mornmgton to-night. A man named John I lioinson, aged about 40 years', while walking wit-n a companion, apparently threw himself in front of a moving tram, hut lie was not seriously injur'd. Thomson, received attention at the hospital, and was subsequently taken into custody.
