ROTORUA CARNIVAL.
OPENING PREPARATIONS. Press Association. ROTORUA, Eeh. 18. Preparations for the opening of the. carnival are. well in hand, and the town is lull of visitors. The executive of the Chamber of Commerce meet the Premier on his arrival tonight, together with the Carnival Executive. Sir Joseph will be entertained to-morrow night at dinner by tim Chamber of Commerce.
