MEN IN RAILWAY 'WORKSHOPS DO NOT WANT IT. Press Association. WELLINGTON, Dec. 18. Sir Joseph Ward has been informed that the vote of railway workshops hands as to whether they desired to come under the Conciliation and Arbitration Act resulted: —For, 225; against, 2151. There were S9l men who refrained from voting.
