Press Association. AUCKLAND, Sept. 27. At the Municipal Chambers, tonight, the Mayor presented Lautrence Frost, chief engineer of tho Kapanui, with the Royal Humane Society’s medal and certificate for gallantry in connection with the collision between the Kapanui and tho Claymore in Auckland harbor on Christmas Eve. 1905.
