NAPIER, last night. - Owing to a paragraph appearing in to-day’s paper stating that the Government had refused to accept a tender for the erection of baths at Tarawera, the Mayor and a very large and influential body of business people will wire to Messrs. Fraser and Dillon, M.H.R.’s, urging them to use their best endeavors to get the amount for the erection of the baths roi'laced oil the Estimates and the work proceeded with.
