MR BRAUND KEEPS UP THE ATTACK. ti-t-uja
(Em Press Association.) Dunedirr, Saturday. Justioes Edward and Cooper sat in Banco this morning to hear Mr Braund in respect to a motion that tho dismissing of the application for an order suspending the order of Mr Justice Williams for de struction of the books and papers of the Colonial Bank be reviewed.
Mr Braund appeared in person, and eaid the action be was commencing was for fraudulent misrepresentation. Judge Edwards said Mr Braund claimed to intervene on the liquidation, yet in none of the papers he had filed was it shown be was either a shareholder, or contributor, or creditor.
Mr Braund replied that he was attorney for an aotuai holder of ebares,
Judge Edwards eaid this was a question. Judge Cooper said Braund was not a shareholder, and it was a pity he did not take advice and get tho aid of a solioitor. Dunedin, last night. Justices Edwards and Cooper reserved decision till Wednesday in the application of Victor Brauod, of Wellington, to re view the deoiaion of Mr Juatioa Cooper in refusing to interfere with an order for destroying the boobs of the Co’ooijl Bank
