A congress of Imperial Commercial Chambers of Commeroe meets in London on July 10 to discuss matters of commercial and Imperial interests. The Chambers of Commeroe of Montreal, Vanoouver, Toronto, and Wianiprg submit resolutions advooating preferential treatment on a reciprocal basis.
