Saturday being a dulj day, the attendance of bowlers at the above club’s green was not up to the standard, but nevertheless some interesting games were played, Tbe centre of attraction was tbe final of the Handioap Sing’es, in whioh Oo'lsy defeated Martin alter a splendid game, The games played were : Mackrell Joune

McSkimmiDg Edwards Nasmith, jun. Robinson Youog, skip 19 Morrison, skip 11 McSkimmiog Edwards Nasmith, jun. Mackrell Jackson Colley Young, skip 11 Nasmith, skip 8 HANDICAP SINGLES. Col'ey 19 Martin 18 This was a splendid game, both playerß drawing well. Colley seoured the lead, aod was 7 to 1 on the sth head, and 10 to 7 on the 10th head. Oa the 13sh head Martin drew level, tho soores being 11 all. The 15;h head saw Colley with ooe point to the gsod (14—13), and a dmg-doog "go” on the last six heads resulied in Martin being a. point in advance of his opponent on tho last hold. Colley, however, receiving two points of a handicap, seoured the game by one point. Colley thus wins the pair of bowls presented by ihe club.

JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIP. Mr Colley having presented a pair of bo*i< for competition among the firet year’s players, entries were received for a junior ohampioaship, the following being tbe draw
