In pursuance of Sir H. 0, Bannorman’a declaration regarding tho governing of Iroland acoording to Irish idoas, fivo temporary assistant Land Commissioners have boon dismissed on tho expiration of a fixed term without explanation. Their suooossors are Nationalists eonnooted with tho county oounoils. Tho City of London Conservative Association has expressed disapproval of Sir Edward Clark’s spoooh on Maroh 12tb, attacking Mr Balfour’s policy and his voto on the 13th. The Association requests an explanation.

The cost would probably not exceed L 25,000 a year.
