CANADA GOVERNMENT HOUSE PARTY FALL THROUGH. TWO PERSONS DROWNED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Ottawa, Dec. 7. A Government House party fell through the ice on Ottawa river. The daughter of tho Minister of Railways, and Mr Harper, Assistant Deputy Minister of Labor, were drowned.
