Massacre of Natives.
INHUMAN BELGIAN OFFICIALS. By Telegraph—Press ABSooiation—Copyright London, Nov. 11. An American named Canisus, long employed in the Congo Free State, has published a narrative describing the systematic massaore of natives by officials for declining to bring in rubber. Tho natives were paid one penny a pound for rubber, which was sold at three shillings a pound.
