CANTERBURY SHOW.

By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, last night. The Canterbury November Show opened to-day. There was fine weather overhead, but a stiff nor’-wester made matters rather unpleasant. This year the opening day is an off day, when only implements arid produce will be judged. Tho entries in these classes are equal to last year. Live stock are not on tho ground to-day. The entries in sheep are nearly as many as last year, but there is a falling off in the number of cattle entries.
