DIVORCE CASE.
[By Telegraph—Press Association.] Wellington, last night-. In the Supreme Court to-day an application was granted for a new trial of tho matrimonial suit between Annie Woodman, petitioner, anl Thomas Woodman, respondent. In this case there had been a petition by the wife for judicial separation on the ground of cruelty, and a cross petition by the husband for divorco on tho ground of adultery, the husband being granted a decree nisi.
