(Special to Times Wellingt . lust night. The closing days of session tind some members of Par’ men: far from wearied; they are figb with great vim for increased puyim. to themselves—a payment that was no . or submitted for the approval of the electors. To get even with those who resisted the payment, a motion was proposed to the effect that the increased pay be given to only those who signed a declaration which would really make a distinction between those who supported the payment and those who on principle had opposed it.
