Cape Cable
By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyrigh Adelaide, Oct. GO. It is expected that the FrcmantieGlenclg section of the Capo Cable will bo completed in February. The cable is now open from Fremantle to the Cape. It is stated that the cable will lessen tho time of messages to and from Europe by one half. A further reduction to Bs per word for general and to Is a word for press messages will be made on January ist.
