Wellington, last ni-dif. At the Court of Appeal Mr W. K Rees l asked that a time might be fixed foe Fearing an application for appeal in formal pauperis in three cases. The Caere intimated that the application might be put at the bottom of the list. If leave is granted the appeal will not be heard at the current sittings. The cases are between natives in the, Poverty Bay district and the Cit.y of Glasgow Bank Assets Company.
