Hungarian Elections.

In connection with the Hungarian elections, supporters of M. Franz Kossuth defeated M. Tusza, the former Premier, and a prominent Liberal leader for Grosswardeen seat in tho Lower House of tho Rcichsrath. M. Tisza withdraws from polities. The Liberals lost ill seats. Kossuthitcs won 17 seats. Election riots have occurred at Winccythcly, and elsewhere in Hungary. Twenty persons were killed, and seventeen wounded.
