[Bv Te-legraph—Press Association.] Wellington, last night.
Tiie House met at 2.30 pan. Mr Seddon gave notice to introduce tha Alcoholic Liquors Sale and Control Act Amendment Bill.
The House adjourned for an hour as a mark of respect to the memory of the late Mr McKinley.
Upon resuming, the rest of the afternoon was spent in answering questions. It was stated that a vote would he placed on the Supplementary Estimates for acquiring relics and mementos of the Maori race. The House rose at- 0.30.
EVENING SITTING
The House resumed at 7.30 pan.
The Exportation of Arms Bill passed through committee without amendment. The Charitable Gilts Bill was slightly amended in committee.
The Mortgages of Land Bill passed through committee without material amendment.
