WANGANUI FREEZING COMPANY.
DIVIDEND OF 6 PER CENT
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) AVanganui, last night. The annual meeting of the AVanganui Meat Freezing Company was hold to-day. The balance-sheet was not so satisfactory as in the previous year, owing to the price of frozen meat having dropped at Home. A dividend of 6 per cent, was declared. Mr E. A. Campbell was elected Managing Director, at a salary- of .£250 per year. Messrs J. Stevenson, Alfred Burnett, and J. B. Murray were re-elected directors, and Messrs Morton and Moffatt auditors.
