A LEGAL BOMB FOR THE ANARCHISTS.

Milburn, one of the first lawyers of the State, at whoso house President McKinley is lying, declares that the misdeed is the result of a conspiracy, and that the con spiracy. according to a judgment in the case of the People versus Spies, otherwise known as the Chicago anarchists’ case, are equally guilty ; heneo the authorities are indicting the membors of the Cleveland Anarchist Society, whereof Cxolgosz was a member, including Miss Goldman, whose incendiary speech was found on the assassin’s person. Miss Goldman has been arrested as one of the principals in connection with the assault on the President.
CVolgosz menaced with a revolver Detective Ireland and two others, and he is to be indicted with each of these assaults, besides being liable to ton years' imprisonment for each bullet tired. In addition to the arrest of Miss Goldman, Abraham Isaacs, the Anarchist editor, and several others have been arrested at Chicago on a charge of conspiring to murder the President. Official Bulletin, 3.20 : The physicians state that there is no change in tho favorable conditions last reported, raid describe the patient as being cheery. (Received Sept. 12, 1.8 nan.) A bulletin issued at nine last nigh states that ttie condition of tho Presiden is eminently satisfactory ; unless com plications set in ho will bo rapidly con valeseent. The pulse is at 104. tempera turn 95 4-5, respiration 2t3.
The police beliovo that the conspirators intended to kill President McKinley and other members of the Government ; also some New York capitalists.
