Revolution in Persia.
By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright ■ Berlin, Sept. 3. Tho Cologne newspaper Kohnsche Zeitung says a minor state of siego exists in Teheran district, Persia, owing to a revolutionary movement, tho result of dissatisfaction with now loan negotiations with Russia.
